![]() the \ must be really popular in China or something where Google is made. Why the fuck Google puts a shortcut for the "\" key on the main keyboard instead of the "/" key□□♂️ I can't remember a time in my life when I have ever used the "\" key. The two main Things I Hate About gboard is number one knowing the fact that Google is just tracking the fuck out of me and number two is the fact that there is no "/" shortcut on the main keyboard you have to actually click the additional symbols key to bring it up and then you have to find it. I uninstalled gboard because I refuse let Google control my life and force me to use gboard. This is bullshit I uninstalled gboard because I feel like Google is doing this on purpose to make you switch to gboard because Google wants to literally track everything you not only say but everything you type also. Yes gboard fixes the issue I switched to gboard but I had to switch back to Samsung keyboard because I absolutely hate it and when I am typing it always clicks the wrong button on gboard way more often than it does on Samsung keyboard. It's so annoying I want to throw my phones or trade them in for iphones but I don't like those very much either. So I have two overly annoying bugs of sorts making it super frustrating to voice text. What's worse is I don't even have to say what's up Google or hey Google etc either one of my phones will pick up my voice and misinterpret something that doesn't even sound like Google and start taking a Google assistant request which interrupts whatever I was voice texting at the time. I have never used Bixby so that shouldn't have any affect on it. No matter what I do, or where I look, I cannot figure out how to put it back. It usually appears above my keyboard as a microphone. ![]() G r r like someone else here I'm suspecting some sort of sabotage by Google. Occasionally, I will use the speech to text feature when texting or messaging. Funny I just let the thing update for the apps while I slept. This is been happening on my phone's on and off forever! And I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra 512 GB and straight out of the gate it's been doing this and yes I have SwiftKey on both of them so sounds like it's a SwiftKey issue but it wasn't happening on my Motorola G stylus 2021 for an entire year until just now.
